Obituary for Ralph Biggerstaff Sr.

Ralph Biggerstaff Sr., 71, of Eldorado, passed away, Monday, December 17, 2018 surrounded by his family. Ralph was born to the late Fred and Nina (Hulen) Biggerstaff on December 22, 1946 in Manchester, Missouri. He was the husband of Connie (Wright) Biggerstaff of Eldorado and she survives. Ralph is also survived by his children: Juanita (Jon) Fricks of Raleigh, Lisa Riley of Eldorado and Johnny (Shaelyn) Biggerstaff of Eldorado. His grandchildren: Jonathan and Jordan Fricks, Whitney Riley, Hunter and Brooklyn Biggerstaff and Haylie Biggerstaff, brothers: Clyde, Freddie and Charles Biggerstaff and a sister Barbara Cagle. Along with his parents Ralph was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Jr., siblings Betty Cagle, Mary Lou Young, Bobby Biggerstaff and Deborah Corder.

Ralph was a retired truck driver and security officer. He was an avid gardener and Nascar fan. His most important role was that of “Pop” and “Woodrow” to his grandchildren. He doted on them and they adored him. He was the strongest-willed and determined man that many have the honor of knowing. The world is a little darker today, but we celebrate in knowing how much he loved and was loved

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Plunkett officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery near Herod. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until service time of 1:00 PM.
